Pet Sitting Policies

Before using our services, please carefully review the following terms and policies:

  1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these terms and policies. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
  2. Service Availability: Our pet sitting services are available in the Kearsarge valley area of NH in the towns listed on our website. We will consider clients outside of this area for an additional cost.
  3. Booking and Cancellation: All service bookings must be made in advance by contacting us directly. We prefer a minimum of 48 hours advance notice but will consider emergencies on a case by case basis. Cancellations must be made according to our cancellation policy outlined below.
  4. Payment: Payment is due in full for all services rendered. Depending on the specific situation we will discuss payment terms on a case by case basis.
  5. Cancellation Policy: While we will do our best to work with you, cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  6. Late Booking Policy: Last-minute bookings (within 48 hours of a requested service) may be subject to additional fees.
  7. Privacy Policy: We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. We maintain your name, contact info, and notes on your services as part of our records. We do not share this information.
  8. Social Media: While we enjoy sharing pictures of our clients pets on social media we will ask your express permission during our meet and greet if you are ok with us doing so. Any and all pictures shared of your pet on our website of social media pages can be removed at any time via owner request.
  9. Pet Health and Safety: While in our care, we will take all necessary precautions to ensure the health and safety of your pet. However, we cannot be held responsible for any illness, injury, or other incidents that may occur.
  10. Liability: Scouting Oak Pet Sitting carries liability insurance to protect us and our clients. We will discuss any and all plans for physical activity and enrichment with you in advance. We are not responsible for for any damage or medical costs that occur from these activities.
  11. Feedback and Complaints: We welcome feedback and strive to address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally. Please contact us directly to discuss any issues you may have.
  12. Changes to Terms and Policies: We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and policies at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
